OUR MISSION

FFANYC is committed to helping the youth of Yopougon, Ivory Coast by creating the opportunity for them to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle through soccer. We believe that soccer helps cultivate critical life skills that pave a path to a better future. Thanks to our generous donors, we have created a community led organization dedicated to advancing the economic and personal development of children in Yopougon, Ivory Coast. These children now have greater access to education and other life changing resources.

IMPACT

Donations

FFANYC has donated over a thousand pairs of soccer cleats, soccer uniforms, thousands of different school supplies, (including notebooks, pencils, books, and bags) to the local schools in Yopougon.

We have provided multiple clinics with first-aid kits, nutritional supplies, and hygiene products, supplementing the scant resources this community has.

We supply 100lbs of rice and 10 gallons of oil to an Yopougon orphanage each month.

Classes

Everyday after school, the students attend soccer practice from 3-5pm, keeping them in an organized environment and away from the streets.

Every Saturday, we have a technology class for the students. In this class, we teach the students the basics of how to use a computer. We believe that basic knowledge of technology will facilitate greater access to educational opportunities.
